最近看了《激荡三十年》和《大败局》，自己觉得一个成功的商人，需要的不是自己的激情，不仅是自己的坚持，而且，需要一定的社会环境，改革开放三十年，确实给我们带来的翻天覆地的变化，但是，在这三十年中，有无数的企业经历了一段段不寻常的经历，而其中，国家的政策和市场的变化让人惊叹不已，一个企业，需要的不仅仅是自身内部的力量，外界因素，尤其是国家导向，更加决定了一个企业的成败兴衰。
